Competition – Win a stay in Chalet La Grange

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18.

2. How to Enter:

• Follow both @northstarchalets and @dragoneurope on Instagram.
• Like the competition post.
• Tag the person you’d bring with you in the comments.
• Submit your entry by providing your email address in the above subscription box.
• All the above criteria must be met to be eligible.

3. Entry Deadline:

• The competition starts on 21st January 2024 and ends on 18th February 2024 at midday. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prize:

• A catered chalet holiday experience for two over the following fixed dates: 7th – 14th April in Chalet La Grange. This will be a en-suite double or shared twin room.
• This includes 5 days catering – continental breakfasts, daily cooked breakfast options, 4-course evening meals including cheeseboard and free flowing wine. (over the 5 catered mornings and evenings.)
• A freshly baked afternoon tea on catered days.
• The chalet team have 2 days off a week. We can help make suggestions and reservations for local restaurants.
• 2 pairs of Dragon goggles
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
• The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification of Winners:

• The winner will be announced on Instagram and notified via direct message within 2 days of the closing date.
• If a winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be chosen.

7. Data Privacy:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of the competition.
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Publicity:

• By entering, participants agree to allow Northstar Chalets and their competition partners to use their name and entry content for promotional purposes.

9. Instagram Disclaimer:

• The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility regarding the competition.

10. Changes to the Terms:

• Northstar Chalets reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of le tribunal de Thonon-les-Bains.

12. Other things to note:

Please note the prize is for accommodation only so the following (not limited to the following) are not included :

• Flights or other modes of transport
• Transfers to resort
• Lift passes
• Ski hire
• Lunch
• 2 days non-catering
• Ski/board lessons/instruction

You will be sharing the chalet with other paying guests. Please be aware there maybe children in the chalet. We expect all guests and competition winners to be respectful of each other.

By accepting the competition price you are accepting Northstar Chalets booking Terms and Conditions

If you can not travel or make the above dates no compensation will be offered.
