We are looking for hosts to work alongside the chef/cook in each chalet. As well as maintaining the chalet to a high standard with daily cleans and exceptional service, you will be happy to interact with the guests to ensure they have what they need to make their holiday the best possible.

You will have a good knowledge of our food and wine, and be able to assist the chef with afternoon tea, prep, plating and service.


We are looking for a passionate cook/chef to work alongside the host in each chalet.  Their key role is cooking and preparing hot and continental breakfasts on five mornings, an afternoon tea each day and a four course evening meal on five nights. Presentation and flavour is key, as well as a passion for good, seasonal ingredients.

Outside of the kitchen we expect the chef to assist our host, especially on changeover days with cleaning, making beds and general maintenance.
