Set across three levels – the chalet’s top floor opens into a huge open-plan living and dining space with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. Large south facing windows lead out onto sunny balconies with views across the valley and towards Pleney. The spacious lounge area features a stylish bar and plenty of comfortable seating around the feature fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for sociable mornings and a large twelve person dining table. Outside, the large covered balcony offers an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ for summer al fresco evenings with a view.
On the first floor you’ll find four ensuite bedrooms, along with access to the terrace including the outdoor hot tub, seating area and a small garden. The ground floor offers a spacious family ensuite bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed. The chalet entrance opens into a secure garage with space to store ten bikes. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on the ground level. Parking is available in front of the chalet for three to four cars.
Chalet Floralies enjoys a fantastic central location, just a short stroll from the heart of the village. Situated across the suspension bridge, it’s only 350m from the Super Morzine gondola for hiking and mountain biking. The chalet is just a five-minute walk from the swimming pool complex and Parc des Dérêches.

EV charging is not included in the rental price, if you wish to charge your vehicle during your stay this is charged at €15 per night per electric vehicle .
We’re happy to welcome pets! To help cover any additional cleaning and provide peace of mind, we ask for a refundable damage deposit of €500 and an additional cleaning fee of €100
Booking
To book we require a deposit of 25%, with the reminder due 12 weeks before you arrive. Tourist tax at €1.70 per adult per night will be added to the invoice. On arrival, we’ll take the details of a valid credit card as a security deposit. In the unlikely event of any damage to the property, or if additional cleaning is required after your stay, the relevant costs may be charged to this card.
