Chalet Layout & Location

Set across three floors, Chalet Greniette offers a comfortable and practical layout. On the ground floor you’ll find one bedroom and a recently renovated bathroom with both a bath, separate shower and washing machine. A spiral staircase leads to the bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors opening onto the rear terrace and garden. The top floor is home to the second bedroom along with an additional WC.

Outside, the chalet offers private parking for up to two cars, as well as a secure garage for storing bikes and sports equipment.

La Greniette is located half way between Morzine and Montriond. To access the slopes, you can catch the M bus either to Ardent (Avoriaz) or towards Morzine. The closest stop is just a few minutes from the chalet.

Prices are for sole occupancy for up to five people on a self-catered basis. Supplement may be applied for additional guests – please get in touch for a tailored quote for your group!

EV charging is not included in the rental price, if you wish to charge your vehicle during your stay this is charged at €15 per night per electric vehicle .

We’re happy to welcome pets! To help cover any additional cleaning and provide peace of mind, we ask for a refundable damage deposit of €500 and an additional cleaning fee of €100.

Booking

To book we require a deposit of 25%, with the reminder due 12 weeks before you arrive. Tourist tax at €1.70 per adult per night will be added to the invoice. On arrival, we’ll take the details of a valid credit card as a security deposit. In the unlikely event of any damage to the property, or if additional cleaning is required after your stay, the relevant costs may be charged to this card.
