- Travel and insurance information: normally deleted shortly after the stay unless it is required for an unresolved matter
- Marketing information: until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or after an appropriate period without meaningful engagement
- Website security and technical logs: retained only for the period reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and fraud prevention
