Check-in time is from 4 pm. Let us know your arrival time on the booking from and we will do our best to have the property ready before.
Check-out is strictly 10am to allow us enough time to get the chalet ready for the next guests. In some instances a late checkout might be possible.
Please ask if you want to leave your luggage on check-out day. Most of our properties have a separate storage area. Even though we take all precautions, leaving your luggage is at your own risk.
Each property has its own private internet connection.
The wifi is reasonably good in most chalets and allows for normal usage, i.e. one or two devices streaming video content. When Morzine gets busy during peak weeks, then the internet does slow down everywhere. Our team are on hand to fix any Wifi issues.
The nearest airport is Geneva, which is located around 90 km away. It normally takes 1h15 – 1h30 depending on traffic to reach resort.
Yes! we’re happy to help you book a restaurant or ski/snowboard lessons. You can email or call us for help.
Yes, we provide tea and coffee in all our chalets. For our catered chalets, it’s provided all week. For our self catered chalets, we provide enough for at least the first couple of days, giving you time to go and buy more. In our self catered chalets, we also provide Basic kitchen items (oil, salt, pepper, etc..)
Yes you can! Let us know if you want to pre-order your passes and we will have them waiting for your arrival in the chalet. For more info and pricing click here
Yes, there is a hairdryer in each room in every chalet.
If you book your equipment through Ski-Mobile (by booking through NS you get a 20% discount!) they will call you to arrange the best time to fit your equipment.
All of our properties have parking for at least 1 car.
In general, we do allow pets in the chalets and apartments but we ask that you request this on booking as we have a few rules and requests.
