WE LOVE FOOD
At Northstar, we strive to provide you with an exciting, tasty and locally sourced menu. Breakfast is plentiful to set you up for the day, and afternoon tea is waiting for you on your return. We also know how hungry you can be after a hard days skiing, and guarantee our four course evening meal will fill you up.
Start your day off with a full continental breakfast including freshly baked pastries, baguettes, a selection of jams, ham and cheese platters, yogurts, porridge, cereals and fresh fruit. In addition we will have a hot option every day (excluding staff day off) which will vary from eggs and bacon, full english, pancakes or waffles! Tea, coffee and fruit juice is available at any time!
A freshly baked cake will be waiting in the chalet at the end of the day, along with tea, coffee or hot chocolate! We also offer a warming vin chaud or mulled cider to ease those tired ski legs!
In the evenings you can relax and enjoy a freshly prepared four course meal with wine, six nights a week. Where possible we use locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and work with suppliers from this area to give you the best quality and tasty food!

WINE AND CHEESE
For your fourth course we offer you a different cheese board each night, some are sourced locally and others are our all time favourites. Cheese is served with homemade chutneys, fruits and a glass of port.
Wines are carefully chosen to compliment our menus and are free flowing during your meal.
We know kids can be fussy when it comes to food, so we can work with you and them to ensure they have a freshly made, nutritious meal, prepared each night, that will keep them full and ready to ski the next day. Let us know if there are any major likes and dislikes and we will work around them to keep them happy. Kids meals can be served earlier or at the same time as you, just let us know.
